Tomato Mozzarella

  • 3 large tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese (high quality tastes better)
  • Glazed balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • fresh basil
  • Rosemary
  • Capers

Place tomato slices, add mozzarella slices on top. Drop a small amount of glazed vinegar on top, drizzle a little olive oil, salt, and pepper, add a bunch of capers, sprinkle some basil and rosemary on top.

Eat! It’s delicious, refreshing and healthy.
