Ancient Tea Detox Recipe
· 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
· 1/2 teaspoon cloves
· 1/2 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon
· 1/6 teaspoon turmeric
· 1 cup of water
· 1/2 cup of almond milk
· Pinch of cardamom organic honey to taste
Mix the spices together in a bowl, then add them to 1 cup of boiling water and let steep for five minutes. Add 1/2 cup of almond milk and honey to taste.
