Broccoli Soup

This is a very simple, 5 minute dish that is both healthy and delicious! I highly recommend this one!

  1. Cut broccoli into smaller pieces
  2. Add some salt into boiling water
  3. Put broccoli into boiling water
  4. Boil broccoli for 4-5 minutes
  5. Move broccoli into mixer/heat proof jar
  6. Cover about ½-3/4 of broccoli with water it was cooked in
  7. Blend it until smooth
  8. Taste and add salt&pepper if necessary
  9. Place goat cheese to the plate
  10. Pour broccoli soup into plate and enjoy
