Breakfast of champions:

** 1 Serving:

  • Kefir Yogurt
  • Small pieces of fruit (Grapefruit, Apple, Kiwi, Oranges, Grapes, etc…)
  • Dried berries
  • Raw Oats
  • Cereal Mix
  • Plenty of Cinnamon Power
  • Flax Seed Powder
  • Chia Seeds
  • Nuts (Pistachio, sunflower seeds, walnuts, peanuts…

This is an excellent and healthy way to start your day. It gives your body a fresh start loaded with fiber, vitamins and nutrients. I vary the choices of fruit and nuts to make a new breakfast each morning. It’s envigorating and delicious!
